By clicking on the respective social media button you leave our website and establish a direct connection between your browser and the respective social network, where you can log in with your account and share the selected article. The provider of the social network receives the information that you have called up the corresponding website of our online service. The data mentioned under Art. 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This means that personal data is transferred from you to the respective provider of the social network. 3. The provider of the social network stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website according to its requirements. Evaluation like this is particularly carried out (also for users who are not logged in) to display demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles by contacting the provider of the social network in question. The buttons give you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the buttons is Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1, letter f of the GDPR.

4. The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the provider of the social network or are logged in there. If you are logged in with the provider, your data collected by us will be directly assigned to your account with the social network provider. If you press the button and, for example, link the page, the provider also stores this information in your user account and communicates it publicly to your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this will allow you to avoid being assigned to your profile by the social network provider.
